Your data, and how long we keep it
Lingotivity Learn holds personal data — your name, email, learning history — and payment references such as invoice numbers. We handle it under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data (CNDP), and under the EU GDPR where a student is based in the EU. A full legal review happens before wider launch; this page states the working posture we build to today.
What we keep, and for how long

What we never store
- · Card numbers, CVVs or bank credentials — only a payment method and a reference you or the Admin type in
- · Recordings of a live session unless your Coach explicitly marks it as recorded
- · Any use of your work to train external AI models
If you ask for deletion
- · Invoices, payments and credit notes are kept for the legally required accounting period, in a restricted form.
- · Issued certificates keep the certificate number and programme so a past employer check stays honest — tell us if you want yours withdrawn.
- · Everything else — profile, homework, feedback, mistakes, vocabulary, attendance — is removed.
Your rights
You can download a full copy of your own record at any time from your account, and ask for your personal data to be deleted. We answer within 30 days. You can also correct your profile yourself, or write to hello@lingotivity.com with any question, including a complaint to the CNDP or your EU supervisory authority.
